Our History
ECIS is a family-owned professional engineering and construction services firm founded in 2019. The firm was created on the principles, experience and reputation of Juan A. Murillo who has been practicing over 45 years.
ECIS was renamed after Juan operated as a sole proprietor of Juan A. Murillo Engineering & Construction Services for the last 3 years offering civil engineering services in the areas of site development, commercial and residential sub-division developments.
Today, ECIS offers a variety of services including:

– Site Development for Residential and Commercial Developments
– Road & Bridge Design
– Construction Management
